Thanks for the tip re: Seewald! Was there today. At the TüV this morning, needs 5 small holes welding and new tyres and I'll get it through! Seewald quotes me for replacement of all rusty areas with complete new metal everywhere it is needed (more than the bus cost....) but a very reasonable amount ...
