The German word for tire is "Reifen". If you type it into your smartphone or Google you should find some addresses where to buy new ones.

I am looking for another MB wheel to replace the damaged one. I would like to buy an old wheel. In the UK I would find a scrapyard where old cars are recycled. I hope I can do the same in Germany.

I shall ask for directions to a "Schrottplatz". This is a Google translation for scrapyard! Google is often wrong.

We made it to Nord Kapp with no more problems. The Cape was cold and misty. Lovely scenery. The slow roads suited my T3. Came back through Finland where we fed many mosquitoes!

Facinating being in brilliant sunshine for 24 hours a day.
